Order Entry

Do you have a minimum dollar order?
MINIMUM ORDER - $500                                                              (No order under $500 will be accepted)

We require $1,500 minimum order for free shipping (to many parts of New England).  Call Customer Service or your Sales Rep for details - (207) 282-6151.  Items must be ordered in their original units such as one bundle or one case.  We will not break units or cases.

Can I add my purchase order number to my order?
Yes. At checkout you have an option of adding your purchase order number to your order.  You can also call, fax or email your order directly to your Sales Rep or Customer Service Rep.  You can also email orders directly to or your Sales Rep or CSR.

What are my payment options?
We offer credit terms for approved accounts. Contact us for a credit application, 207-282-6151 or

How will my order ship?

Existing Volk Packaging customers may receive delivery with their custom box orders or on a scheduled delivery to your area.  Existing Customer Pick Ups will remain as Customer Pick Up unless other arrangements are made, call our Customer Service Department or your Sales Rep to make other arrangements.  New customers to Volk Packaging will be handled on situation by situation basis.  Customers in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont may receive free delivery depending on the situation, location of your facility and size of the order.  Rural and remote areas are less likely to have free delivery service. Existing Volk Packaging customers can call their Sales Rep or Customer Service Rep for more details.

Are my purchases subject to sales tax?
Applicable taxes will be charged on your full purchase unless we have a tax certificate on file. If you have a tax form on file with us you will not be charged tax on any of your purchases unless at checkout you change the tax status of the item to yes.


Can I return products?
Please contact us at call your Sales Rep or Customer Service at (207) 282-6151 for return instructions.   Items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 30 days of purchase for credit.  Customers will be responsible for freight charges on canceled orders.  Products that have been opened may not be returned for credit unless deemed defective by the Volk Packaging Sales Rep.  All products returned will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of the order.

Yes! Order in confidence! We use Veri-Sign 128 bit encryption security and also subscribe to McAfee Secure. To maintain security to your account, never share your password with anyone and make sure to log out of our site and close browser on shared terminals.  If you are still nervous you can call, fax or email your order instead.
