Shipping

Effective October 15, 2021, all orders must be a MINIMUM of $1,500 to include shipping unless we have a custom box order heading to you.  You may still receive delivery without a custom order but there will be an additional charge for shipping costs.

Existing Volk Packaging customers may receive delivery with their custom box orders or on a scheduled delivery to your area.  Existing Customer Pick Ups will remain as Customer Pick Up unless other arrangements are made, call our Customer Service Department or your Sales Rep to make other arrangements.  New customers to Volk Packaging will be handled on situation by situation basis.  Customers in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont may receive free delivery depending on the situation, location of your facility and size of the order.  Rural and remote areas are less likely to have free delivery service. Existing Volk Packaging customers can call their Sales Rep or Customer Service Rep for more details.

While we try to maintain prices on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change without notice. 

MINIMUM ORDER for FREE DELIVERY

Orders must be at least $1,500 before free delivery is considered. Customers in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts are more likely to be delivered with orders.  Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut may receive free delivery depending on the situation, location of your facility and size of the order.  Rural and remote areas are less likely to have free delivery service.   Shipping charges will be paid by the customer for all deliveries outside New England.

Returns
Please contact us at vpc@volkboxes.com. call your Sales Rep or Customer Service at (207) 282-6151 for return instructions.   Items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 30 days of purchase for credit.  Customers will be responsible for freight charges on canceled orders.  Products that have been opened may not be returned for credit unless deemed defective by the Volk Packaging Sales Rep.  All products returned will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% of the order.
